La «Pushke» del KKL presente en las escuelas de la red escolar judía

Comienza un nuevo año escolar y con ello, las ganas del Keren Kayemet LeIsrael de acompañar a cada una de las escuelas de la red escolar Judía.

Este año el KKL decidió hacerle llegar a cada sala de nivel inicial y aula de primaria de todas las escuelas judías del país, una nueva versión de la Pushke o alcancía azul, que contienen el rostro de los protagonistas de la creación del Estado de Israel. Son mil (1000) alcancías las que fueron enviadas, en más de 35 escuelas de la red escolar judía.
El objetivo del KKL es que la “Pushke” cada semana esté presente en la mesa de Shabat de cada una de las salas y aulas. En esta ocasión, todo lo recaudado en las mismas será destinado para la escuela.

Cada una decidirá, según sus necesidades, a qué proyecto apostar. Es por eso que es importante que cada sala y aula pueda colaborar e involucrarse en esta nueva propuesta.

La alcancía azul de KKL comenzó a circular por cada hogar judío poco tiempo después de su fundación (1901). Fue un elemento central de recaudación y conexión con la Tierra de Israel.

A partir de ese momento y con el apoyo de socios en todo el mundo, han plantado más de 240 millones de árboles. Se ocuparon de cuidar los bosques, construir más de 230 reservorios de agua, zonas de turismos y recreación. Además de invertir en grandes centros de investigación y desarrollo y colaborar con otros países para llevar el expertise israelí a donde sea necesario.

Todo este trabajo es sustentado por actividades educativas en Argentina que fortalecen los lazos de la comunidad judía con el Estado de Israel. Estas iniciativas que promueven la centralidad del Estado de Israel en la vida judía comunitaria son esenciales para la continuidad del pueblo judío.

Una de las herramientas fundamentales para empoderar a las personas de todo el mundo para que lleven una vida más saludable y sostenible es sin lugar a dudas la Educación. Una educación que promueva aprendizajes profundos, nos conecte y nos vincule con nuestra herencia y futuro común. El KKL nos invita a pensar, construir y trabajar en conjunto para renovar nuestro compromiso por hacer de este, un mundo mejor.
