En los últimos días comenzó en el país la venta por internet de la Tienda Online Shopee Argentina. Artículos de la Alemania nazi que comenzaron a ofrecerse en el sitio se viralizaron y generó el rechazo de usuarios.

Entre los artículos promocionados está la moneda del Tercer Reich con la esvástica, el libro sobre la vida de Eichmann, gorros de los soldados del ejército alemán, prendedores y símbolos.

Shopee  se autodefine como la plataforma de compras online líder en el sudeste asiático, Taiwán y Brasil.  «Ahora, estamos disponibles en Argentina para ofrecerte una experiencia de compra transparente», Con ofertas increíbles en cualquier momento y lugar. Además, otros libros que se venden en la tienda son «Sexo Nazi, Nuestra sangre nazi, etc.

En 2019 a Justicia porteña sobreseyó a un hombre que publicaba y vendía artículos del régimen nazi a través de su página de Internet. Había sido acusado de incitar a la persecución o el odio en los términos del art. 3 de la Ley 23.592.

El artículo 3 de la ley 23.592. establece la pena de prisión de 1 mes a 3 años a “quienes por cualquier medio alentaren o incitaren a la persecución o el odio contra una persona o grupos de personas a causa de su raza, religión, nacionalidad o ideas políticas”.
