Vis á Vis te brinda para este Shabat la receta judía para preparar un exquisito pastel de zanahoria con boronas de halva. Sus ingredientes perfectos resaltan el sabor.
Ingredientes:
- 11/2 kg. de zanahorias peladas y cocinadas en trozos.
- 5 huevos separados
- 2 barras de mantequilla derretidas
- Ralladura de la cáscara de una naranja
- 100 gr. de pasas picadas
- ¼ taza de harina
- 1 cdta. de polvo de hornear
- ¾ taza de azúcar
- Pizca de sal
Procedimiento:
- Procese la mantequilla con la harina y el azúcar de la borona. Combine con la halva y refrigere.
- Luego, pique las zanahorias con un estribo, sin dejarlas como puré (que se sientan algunos trocitos)
- Además, mezcle aparte las yemas con el azúcar e incorpore la mantequilla, zanahoria, pasas, ralladura, polvo de hornear y sal.
- Por otra parte, bata a punto de nieve las claras y revuelva a la zanahoria en movimiento envolvente.
- También coloque en un refractario engrasado y enharinado.
- Hornee en 350*F aproximadamente 30 minutos.
- Retire del horno cuidadosamente, coloque la borona y hornee nuevamente 15 a 20 minutos
Si te sobra este postre, podés hacer bolitas y rebozarlas en coco rallado. Están riquísimas.
