Nuevas Generaciones es el programa del Congreso Judío Latinoamericano que identifica y potencia a jóvenes talentos de las comunidades judías de la región, brindándoles las herramientas necesarias para convertirse en líderes y representantes tanto en el ámbito local como internacional. Además, tiene como misión promover la acción comunitaria y la capacitación constante de jóvenes, fortaleciendo así su rol activo dentro de las comunidades y en el trabajo del CJL en toda la región.
El principal objetivo de la Academia es crear un ámbito de formación especializada que permita a las nuevas generaciones asumir roles de liderazgo desde el presente, contribuyendo de manera activa a transformar la realidad comunitaria y social en América Latina.
«Asumir el desafío de formar a las Nuevas Generaciones para impactar positivamente en la actualidad es un compromiso con el presente y el futuro, honrando el legado de nuestro pueblo», expresó Nicolás Winter, Director del programa Nuevas Generaciones..
Con esta iniciativa, el Congreso Judío Latinoamericano reafirma su compromiso con la formación de líderes jóvenes, conscientes, preparados y decididos a construir un mejor futuro para sus comunidades.
Por último, Alejandro Melamed cerró el encuentro con una clase magistral para los presentes acerca del liderazgo y los desafíos en un mundo en cambio constante, enunciando que “el liderazgo es algo complejo, el escenario mundial cambió y es por eso que hay que cambiar las herramientas”.
