El fiscal Jorge Di Lello había rechazado la semana pasada la presentación realizada por la ONG «Paso por Paso» que lidera el abogado Ricardo Mussa.
La jueza federal María Servini de Cubría archivó la denuncia por encubrimiento contra el secretario de Seguridad, Sergio Berni. El funcionario había quedado bajo la lupa por su presencia en el departamento de Alberto Nisman el día que fue encontrado muerto.
La semana pasada el fiscal Jorge Di Lello había considerado que no existen elementos para impulsar la instrucción. Servini cumplió con un trámite de rigor y esta semana ordenó cerrar el caso.
En su dictamen, Di Lello justificó el accionar de Berni. «Es deber y facultad del nombrado dirigir y supervisar las actividades de las fuerzas de seguridad y policiales», analizó.
Por su presencia en Le Parc, Berni también tuvo que dar explicaciones ante la fiscal que investiga la muerte de Nisman, Viviana Fein. El funcionario llegó antes que la representante del Ministerio Público al piso 13 de la torre Parque del complejo ubicado en Puerto Madero y eso generó sospechas en algunos sectores.
