El Presidente de la DAIA Ariel Cohen Sabban encabeza la delegación de la DAIA junto a la filial Rosario y se encuentra presente al pie del Monumento a la Bandera en Rosario.
La jornada de festejos comenzó a las 8.30 con el izamiento de la enseña patria en el mástil mayor del Monumento a la Bandera, del que participaron la intendenta Mónica Fein, el gobernador Miguel Lifschitz ( en el escenario junto a Cohen Sabban) y otras autoridades locales, incluidos dirigentes de la oposición.
Allí, luego de la jura de cadetes, se dio paso a un desfile de ex combatientes de Malvinas provenientes de todo el país y se desplegaba la bandera del proyecto Alta en el Cielo. También desfilaron centros tradicionalistas y delegaciones escolares.
Según informó el gobierno, Macri encabezará la actividad central en el Patio Cívico del Monumento con la promesa de lealtad a la bandera por parte de 5 mil alumnos de todo el país.
Minutos antes de esa hora llegaron al lugar la vicepresidenta Gabriela Michetti y varios ministros del gabinete nacional.
