Los diputados nacionales Gustavo Ferrari y Patricia Bullrich se manifestaron a través de las redes sociales tras conocerse el pedido del fiscal general de la Causa AMIA, Alberto Nisman, de inconstitucionalidad del «memorándum de entendimiento» con Irán.
El legislador del Peronismo Federal, Gustavo Ferrari, dijo: «Adhiero al dictamen presentado por el fiscal de la causa AMIA, a través del cual pidió la inconstitucionalidad del acuerdo con Irán. Nisman consideró que el memorándum de entendimiento constituye una ‘indebida intromisión del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional en una esfera exclusiva de la función judicial'».
Ferrari explicó que «esto mismo manifesté en febrero de este año cuando el Congreso aprobó este memorándum y yo voté en contra». A su vez, criticó al Ejecutivo ya que dijo que «es una vergüenza y afecta nuestra soberanía nacional al desacreditar nuestra Justicia». «El gobierno debe escuchar las advertencias de que el acuerdo contribuye a la impunidad, lo que resulta una gran ofensa a las víctimas», resaltó.
«Definitivamente NO se puede avanzar en el Acuerdo con Irán cuando el propio Fiscal lo considera inconveniente para la investigación», finalizó.
Por su parte, Patricia Bullrich, Diputada Nacional y Presidente del Bloque Parlamentario Union por Todos, fue contundente: «BIEN Nisman! consideró que acuerdo con Irán es «una afrenta y grave ofensa a la independencia de la Justicia, pidió su inconstitucional».
