Las ideas que están proyectando sobre de que se tratará el proyecto es la de considerar un cuerpo de paz mundial judía, cursos de aprendizaje de la lengua hebrea en las escuelas públicas de las ciudades, la expansión de los programas Birthrigt y los campamentos de verano.
Los comités integrados por miembros de Israel están aguardando que el Gobierno apruebe el presupuesto a finales de febrero, así puede comenzar a trabajar.
