Cambiaron la bandera de Israel por la de Palestina en Trelew

En la Plaza de las Colectividades de Trelew, se realizó, el sábado pasado, un acto contra la violencia desatada en la franja de Gaza, acto en el que se colocó la bandera de Palestina tras quitar y pisotear la del estado de Israel, país a quien los organizadores señalaron responsable de llevar a cabo »ataques genocidas» contra los palestinos.

El vecino Rodolfo Sandoval señaló que fue invitado a «un acto que organizaban pseudo estudiantes universitarios que son una vergüenza, donde también había presentes profesores de la Universidad y de la Dirección de Cultura» local. Y agregó que los asistentes, «se organizaron, llegaron al mástil donde estaba la bandera del estado de Israel. La bajaron, manosearon, pisotearon, y la sacaron, se la llevaron, subiendo en su lugar la de Palestina».

En ese sentido, comentó que «a mí no me dejaron dirigir la palabra, que respetuosamente pedí para decirles que no es manera de protestar y bajar banderas de un país hermano», acusando que los responsables, «se dicen estudiantes, que vienen a estudiar con el terrible esfuerzo de sus padres». A entender de Sandoval, «hacer la afrenta de bajar una bandera, pisotearla, es una cosa que no tiene nada que ver en Trelew. Esta vez yo no me callo, encima vinieron cinco a patotearme, me gritaron de todo», sostuvo, añadiendo que al acto, «a mí me invitó un conocido, creo que él no sabía que iban a hacer semejante afrenta, una sinvergüenzada».

En el mismo sentido coincidió en que «Palestina tiene todo el derecho del mundo de tener un mástil y una bandera, pero vayan por los carriles normales que les ofrece la democracia. Vayan al Concejo Deliberante, presenten un expediente y si les autoriza a poner una bandera y un mástil, bienvenido sea». La bandera de Israel, y donde hasta anoche estaba colocada la de Palestina, estaba ubicada en segundo lugar, al lado del buzón rojo que antiguamente funcionó en nuestra ciudad, frente al Museo de Luis. (El Chubut)
