La Justicia rechazó dos recursos de queja que había presentado Diego Lagomarsino para suspender la junta interdisciplinaria, que busca determinar si a Alberto Nisman lo mataron o se suicidó, y de esta manera quedó convalidada. El objetivo del experto informático era dilatar este trámite.
La decisión la tomaron los jueces de la Cámara Federal de Casación Gustavo Hornos y Mariano Borinsky, que hoy recibieron los recursos y ya fueron resueltos.
En uno de los recursos, Lagomarsino pretendía que se revoque la decisión que rechazó la recusación de los miembros de la Gendarmería Nacional que integran la junta interdisciplinaria. La otra queja fue presentada contra la confirmatoria de un rechazo de nulidad del dictamen fiscal, en el que se le denegaba la solicitud de citar a declaración testimonial a los peritos que intervinieron en la pericia psicológica.
Desde el 1 de febrero, Gendarmería Nacional está a cargo de la junta interdisciplinaria que ordenó el fiscal federal Eduardo Taiano para conocer la mecánica de la muerte de Nisman, ocurrida el 18 de enero de 2015 cuando fue encontrado muerto en el baño de su departamento de Puerto Madero con un disparo en la cabeza que salió de un arma que le había llevado Lagomarsino.
Días atrás, Infobae mostró la réplica del baño del ex fiscal que Gendarmería montó en el edificio Centinela para que comience el último tramo de la investigación antes de la deliberación de las partes. Las conclusiones estarían listas para septiembre, es decir, en medio de la campaña electoral.
La treintena de peritos a cargo de la junta está compuesta por médicos legistas, expertos en criminalística, balística y papiloscopía; entomólogos, técnicos informáticos y acústicos, psicólogos y radiólogos.
Los integrantes de la junta interdisciplinaria firmaron un acuerdo de confidencialidad. En la cúpula de la Gendarmería juran que no conocen los avances de las pesquisas. O al menos eso dejan trascender por la extrema sensibilidad de la investigación.
