Acuerdo Israel y Sudán

En los últimos días Israel y Sudan se ha puesto de acuerdo para normalizar sus relaciones diplomáticas. Este hecho viene en línea con una gran ola de acuerdos diplomáticos firmados por el mismo Israel.

Este acuerdo tiene una gran particularidad, se diferencia de los otros ya que Sudan es el primer país africano de esta nueva ola. Es particularmente de los mas desconocidos para el publico general. Es muy importante recalcar que es en este país donde se firmaron los “3 No de la Resolución de Jartum”,. El acuerdo firmado en la capital sudanesa a posterior de la victoria israelí en la Guerra de los 6 días que establecía principios por los cuales no habría paz, ni reconocimiento ni negociaciones con el Estado Judío.

¿Cómo se dio un cambio tan radical?. No es fácil de responder, muchos países entendieron que no pueden derrotar a Israel en lo militar, lo económico ni en lo político. Cada vez mas lideres entienden que es mas fructífera una relación de cooperación y comercio que la intransigencia política. Sumado a esto hubo un factor que fue determinante, me gusta llamarlo “Factor Trump”. Seria inimaginable no prestar atención al aporte de la política exterior del actual líder estadounidense (hasta el 20 de enero). La cual es inusualmente eficiente para esta una parte del mundo donde las reglas pueden cambiar de un momento a otro.

En Israel hay motivos para la euforia, pero hay una pregunta que incomoda a varios ¿Los acuerdos sobrevivirán el paso del tiempo?. Este acuerdo se dio en gran parte por el apoyo de Donald Trump, varios se preguntan que pasará cuando este abandone el poder. ¿Se seguirá su línea o estamos frente a un nuevo paradigma? ¿Joe Biden continuará con este curso?

Estas son inquietudes difíciles de analizar, la política esta lejos de ser una ciencia exacta, pero no por eso hay que caer en el pesimismo, Israel ha demostrado poder construir relaciones diplomáticas estables con varios países, este país ha demostrado tener mucho para ofrecer en una gran variedad de campos, desde lo agrario al complejo militar-tecnológico en una región donde esto es mas necesario que nunca.

La clave del futuro de las relaciones exteriores del Estado Judío están signadas en que tanta fortaleza se puede proyectar en el mundo, así también que cantidad de eventos se pueden administrar y transformar en beneficios, esto hasta ahora esto se viene logrando con éxito.

Este momento diplomático tan favorable y los acuerdos diplomáticos hace unos años eran francamente imposibles, ¿Cómo será el futuro? futurología no podemos hacer, pero, Israel tiene razones para ser optimista con su futuro, solo el mismo nos lo dirá.
