La comunidad judía de Rosario inició las actividades presenciales de este año con el «Iom Israel» en el Camping Golda Meir de la kehilá local.
Allí se destacó la presencia del Departamento de Promoción de Aliá de la Organización Sionista Mundial a través de los ulpanim de Hebreo, que cuentan con una red de más de 100 cursos entre Argentina y Uruguay, y 4 de ellos en Rosario.
Muchos asistentes se interesaron en inscribirse para estudiar el idioma que es el común denominador del Pueblo Judío.
Esta entidad también presentó a Fernando Ender, integrante de Tiembla el Moil, con quienes desarrollaron las cartas de Ivrí Daver Ivrit, que se lució haciendo jugar a los presentes.

Este evento, que fue iniciativa de la Asociación Israelita de Beneficencia de Rosario, USAR y Hejalutz Lamerjav, contó con 1500 participantes de todas las edades. Recorrieron la feria cultural y gastronómica, participaron en las juegos acuáticos, disfrutaron de los espectáculos y de un día de sol.
No faltó el falafel, el humus ni las artesanías de judaica, ofrecidas a lo largo de los stands por los emprendedores de la kehilá.
Entre los dirigentes y profesionales comunitarios se encontraban Javier Indelman, Presidente de la Kehilá de Rosario. Sonia Czarlinsky, Directora de USAR y Marcos Grimberg, Presidente de la filial local de OSA. También se encontraba presente Alejandro Mellincovsky, Director de Idud Aliá de la Organización Sionista Mundial. Maia Dobry, Coordinadora en Rosario de CUJA y Leonardo Naidorf, Director para Argentina del Keren LeIedidut. Además de Pablo Iugt, Rabino Comunitario, Shlomo Tawil, Rabino de Habas Lubavitz, Dashi Jusid y Ezequiel Strajm, Shlijim de Hejalutz Lamerjav en Córdoba Rosario respectivamente.
