El próximo jueves a las 9 de la mañana (hora de Argentina), la Agencia Judía para Israel desarrollará virtualmente una nueva reunión informativa para hacer Aliá.

En sus redes, la Agencia Judía afirmó que en la charla podrán «conocerse las oportunidades que ofrece Israel».

La reunión se realizará en forma virtual, ya que por el momento, debido a la pandemia, no se puede atender personalmente.

Uno de las preguntas que se hace en las inscripción previa es si el participante cumple con la Ley del Retorno.

¿Qué es la Ley del Retorno?

Un inmigrante (olé) es toda persona que inmigró a Israel y recibió del Ministerio del Interior el estatus de inmigrante (olé), conforme a la Ley del Retorno de 1950.

La Ley del Retorno estipula que todo judío, su cónyuge, sus hijos y nietos y sus respectivos cónyuges tienen derecho a inmigrar a Israel (salvo casos excepcionales que se detallan). Todo titular de estatus de inmigrante (olé) tiene derecho a recibir ayuda especial que oficinas gubernamentales y otros organismos otorgan en función de los criterios establecidos para cada caso.

La ayuda consiste en asesoramiento, orientación y asistencia financiera. El monto y la duración de la ayuda varían en función del ámbito en el que se otorga, del estado civil del inmigrante (olé), del nivel de ingresos familiar, de periodos de estadía anteriores en Israel y de otros parámetros, por lo que es necesario examinar cada caso y sus circunstancias.

Además, el otorgamiento del estatus de inmigrante (olé) queda supeditado a la documentación que respalde la filiación de cada postulante.
