La familia de Efraim Gordon Z»L, el israelí que fue asesinado en Baltimore, Estados Unidos, afirmó que se trató de un ataque antisemita.

Gordon, de 31 años, estaba de visita en EE. UU. para la boda de un primo cuando lo mataron a tiros en la entrada de la casa de un familiar.

Su hermana, Ella Gordon, convocó a una conferencia de prensa este miércoles, durante la cual destacó que los detalles del caso apuntan a que no se trata de un delito aleatorio. Aseguró que el asesinato de su hermano fue de “terroristas”.

“Este fue un acto de terror, mi hermano no murió simplemente. No había señales de violencia y no aceptaron dinero. No fue un robo que salió mal, sino un asesinato debido al antisemitismo”, dijo Gordon, y señaló que su hermano llevaba kipá y tenía barba, signos externos de que era judío.

También señaló: “No aceptaron dinero, solo le dispararon en el estómago y se fueron corriendo”.

Ella, además, contó que su hermano, residente del asentamiento de Na’ale en Judea y Samaria (Cisjordania), salió por la noche y regresó a la casa donde se alojaba alrededor de la medianoche.
