Vis á Vis te brinda para este Shabat la receta judía para preparar un exquisito pastel de ricota y espinacas. Sus ingredientes perfectos resaltan el sabor.

Ingredientes
  • 250 gr espinacas
  • 250 gr ricota
  • 500 gr creme fraiche
  • 4 huevos
  • Queso parmesano
  • Sal, pimienta, nuez moscada
Procedimiento
  • Poner la espinaca en el procesador
  • Mezclar con todos los demás ingredientes
  • Hornear a 350°C por 30 min.
Notas

Si no consiguen la creme Fraiche la pueden sustituir por nata o Crema Agria. O pueden hacerla de la siguiente manera: como sustituto de la Creme fraiche, se adiciona una cucharada de vinagre en 200 grs. aproximadamente de crema de leche mezclar hasta integrar.
