1. 3. En el centro de Kiryat Motzkin, en la calle HaRav Kuk, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones que mide 100 metros cuadrados se vendió por 1.100.000 shekalim (311.614 dólares) a fines de octubre. Se construyó en 1980, está en el séptimo de 15 pisos, con 45 apartamentos en el edificio.

4. A mediados de octubre en Beersheba, en la calle HaRav Tana, se vendió un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones por 1.225.000 NIS (USD 357.283). Cubre 127 metros cuadrados y se construyó en 2007. Se ubica en el cuarto de 15 pisos en un edificio de 60 unidades.

5. En Netanya, en la calle HaTor, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones se vendió por 2.250.000 NIS (656.235 dólares) a fines de octubre. Construido en 2007, el apartamento mide 97 metros cuadrados. En total ha 18 apartamentos, está en el primer piso y tiene cochera.

6. En Petah Tikva, en la calle Yehoshua Shtampfer,, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones cuya finalización está prevista para el próximo año se vendió sobre plano a principios de octubre por 2.300.000 NIS (670.818 dólares). Está en el tercero de nueve pisos y mide 94 metros cuadrados.

7. En Rishon LeZion, en Even Hen Street, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones se vendió a principios de octubre por NIS 2.850.000 (USD 831.231). Se construyó en 2011 y mide 103 metros cuadrados. El apartamento está en el octavo de 21 pisos, en un edificio de 77 unidades. Viene con un espacio de cochera.

8. En Balfour Street, en Nahariya, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones se vendió a fines de octubre por NIS 1.575.000 (USD 449.871). Construido en 2020, cubre 125 metros cuadrados en el noveno de 15 pisos, en un edificio de 77 apartamentos.

9. En Lod, en la calle Albert Einstein, un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones se vendió a principios de noviembre por 1.600.000 NIS (USD 448.933). Mide 112 metros cuadrados y se construyó en 2016. ALQUILERES:

Los precios de alquiler también están aumentando, especialmente para los nuevos arrendamientos. De todas formas se mantienen bastante por debajo del aumento de los precios de compra, en un 3,7 % estimado en octubre. Para una familia que busca alquilar un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones también hay mucha variedad en todo el país. Aquí hay una idea de lo que costaría hoy en diferentes lugares, de acuerdo con los precios anunciados en Yad2, el principal mercado de viviendas de Israel en línea.
