El Juzgado Federal N° 3, a cargo de Daniel Rafecas, divulgó una serie de escritos que estaban en la caja fuerte de Alberto Nisman. Entre ellos figura un documento que contiene un plan alternativo al acuerdo con Irán para forzar la colaboración de Teherán en la causa AMIA y que la presidente Cristina Kirchner citó el domingo en la apertura del año legislativo para cuestionar al fallecido fiscal.
Los escritos fueron aportados por la secretaria letrada de la Unidad Fiscal AMIA, Soledad Castro, a pedido del reemplazante de Nisman, Alberto Gentili. En un breve comunicado, el juez Rafecas justificó su publicación en el Centro de Información Judicial «en atención al interés público generado» y «a los efectos de brindar la mayor transparencia».
