El Movimiento Sionista Laborista (AVODÄ) emitió un comunicado de prensa en donde defendió a la DAIA llamándola «institución democrática», y señaló que los argentinos de origen judío que llamaron a nuclearse en un grupo contrario a la dirigencia comunitaria son los mismos que quisieron embarrar las últimas elecciones en AMIA. Además desde Avodá aseguraron la AMIA y la DAIA no tienen que ser ni oficialistas ni opositores.
A continuación el comunicado:
Recientemente hemos recibido un llamado a todos los argentinos de origen judío a nuclearse en un grupo contrario, a lo que ellos interpretan como la dirigencia institucional representativa de la comunidad judía.
No nos sorprendamos, los convocantes y adherentes, son aquellos que intentaron politizar la escena comunitaria, en la última contienda electoral de AMIA; y que nuevamente lo intentan hoy desde una tribuna oficialista de la política nacional.
Debe resaltarse que, si existe en nuestro país y más precisamente para la colectividad judía una institución democrática y representativa, en el más cabal y estricto sentido, esta es la AMIA, siendo asimismo la DAIA, la representación política de las instituciones judías.
Ambas han logrado defender desde sus objetivos, los intereses de la comunidad, no importando los gobiernos de turno e impidiendo que la política nacional se inmiscuyera en nuestros intereses.-
Por eso, y por la representatividad e importancia que tienen, NOS PUSIERON UNA BOMBA en el edificio de la AMIA, contra los judíos y contra toda la ARGENTINA.
Luego de ella, nos reconstruimos.-
Los dirigentes y las instituciones judías atacadas, no están para impartir justicia, sino para reclamarla; y en tal sentido nunca han bajado los brazos. Es el Estado Nacional quien debe dar examen y resultado; claramente hasta hoy, ello no ha ocurrido.
Los firmantes de aquel llamado prueban a las claras que, la vida institucional Nacional, como ellos la advierten, tiene a los “no oficialistas” como enemigos y a aquellas instituciones que no se colocan bajo su signo político, tiñendo los objetivos, como opositores.
Las instituciones han sido desde siempre, cabales defensoras de los derechos humanos y garantía del respeto ante la ley, que parecieran atribuirse estos firmantes como los únicos propietarios de dichos atributos; entre otras cosas y simplemente a modo de ejemplo, vale la pena recordar que existe, desde hace años y dentro de la AMIA, una comisión especial que honra día tras día y año tras año la memoria de los judíos asesinados y desaparecidos durante la última dictadura militar, por su sola condición de ser judíos; al igual que día tras días y año tras año se recuerdan los funestos años de la Shoa.
Consideramos que el llamamiento que hace ese grupo no se compadece con ese espíritu democrático que nosotros abrigamos, abierto a todo disenso y diálogo constructivo.
Quien opina distinto, es merecedor de nuestro respeto, y nosotros, por no compartir aquellos pensamientos, no merecemos el rótulo de “enemigos”; ni jamás los hemos excluido de nuestra comunidad.
Llama la atención que entre los firmantes y convocantes, se encuentran personas que han sido dirigentes de las instituciones que hoy atacan y que habiendo tenido alta responsabilidad en las mismas no denunciaron hecho alguno, sino que por el contrario, fueron parte; y hasta la fecha siguen siendo socios de las mismas.
Hoy, quienes tenemos responsabilidad debemos velar y garantizar con nuestra labor la inviolabilidad de nuestros principios y la inquebrantable idea de impedir el ingreso de la Política Nacional –cualquiera sea su signo- al ámbito comunitario.- La AMIA y LA DAIA, no pueden ni deben ser oficialistas ni opositoras de los gobiernos de turno.
Los gestores de dicho llamado, pretenden confundir a la opinión pública, disfrazándose de democráticos, cuando en realidad su único objetivo es el de desestabilizar a las instituciones comunitarias o pretender que las mismas se adhieran al modelo que aquellos enarbolan.-
Entre otras menciones, la de reconocerle al memorándum firmado con la República Islámica de Irán el status de constitucional; o la denostación de un Fiscal Federal muerto por haber cumplido con sus deberes públicos.
REPUDIAMOS DICHA ACTITUD, porque hemos sido y somos fervientes defensores de nuestra Constitución, solicitando la derogación del acuerdo con Irán e incluso peticionando que el Congreso sancione una ley de juzgamiento en ausencia.
Las instituciones Centrales de nuestra Comunidad, hoy criticadas en aquel comunicado, han permitido la creación y desenvolvimiento de escuelas de renombre internacional, de servicios de empleo, que son ejemplo en el mundo entero y con una permanente actividad de asistencia social para los necesitados, pertenezcan o no a la comunidad judía.
Nada les impide, ni les ha impedido a los firmantes del referido comunicado, afiliarse a la AMIA y dentro de la misma ejercer sus derechos.
Ello no implica bajo ningún punto de vista, que quienes opinemos distinto, veamos en aquellos otros, adversarios o enemigos de naturaleza alguna; ya que en este caso todo dialogo es constructivo y merece nuestro respeto, pero siempre con la condición, y esta es una exigencia que no permitiremos que se viole, que bajo cualquier artilugio, se pretenda transformar a las instituciones en un apéndice del gobierno de turno.
AVODÁ como Movimiento Sionista Laborista y adalid de la democracia participativa, ha propiciado siempre, la inserción de todo judío dentro de las instituciones centrales de nuestra comunidad y entendemos, como parte del sistema democrático al que pertenecemos, que es nuestra obligación hacer conocer nuestro pensamiento en respuesta al comunicado que respondemos mediante éste.
