El abogado de Cristina Kirchner, Carlos Beraldi, anunció este lunes que pedirá la nulidad de la causa del Pacto con Irán donde la vicepresidenta está procesada. La decisión de buscar voltear el expediente se da luego de que se conociera que los camaristas Gustavo Hornos y Mariano Borinsky habían mantenido reuniones en la Casa Rosada y la Quinta de Olivos con Mauricio Macri durante su presidencia.

“Yo no era hasta ahora abogado de la expresidenta en esta causa -la del Pacto con Irán-. Ella me acaba de instruir que tome su defensa. Una de las primeras cosas que voy a plantear es la nulidad por a intervención ilícita que tuvieron Hornos y Borinsky en esta causa”. Así lo anunció Beraldi en una entrevista con Radio Nacional.

Para el abogado los dos camaristas actuaron de manera ilegal. Eso ameritaría pedir la nulidad del expediente. «Este juicio es una farsa. Es una operación política que hizo el gobierno de Macri para pretender poner en el banquillo de los acusados a la ex presidenta. Fueron los jueces que unos días después de que había asumido Macri fueron determinantes para que la causa fuera reabierta”, dijo Beraldi.

A mediados del año anterior, la vicepresidenta de la nación, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, publicó un video en sus redes sociales referido a la causa del pacto con Irán.

«El lunes 22 de junio cayeron todas las mentiras con las que armaron la causa del memorándum con Irán», afirmó la funcionaria.

A su vez, expresó: «Quedó demostrado cómo el macrismo, los medios de comunicación hegemónicos y el poder judicial armaron una causa para perseguir y encarcelar opositores políticos».

    Más allá de mí opinión personal sobre el tema, la expresión es poco afortunada y hace perder autoridad informativa a Vis a Vis.
