En cuanto a su vida en Tel Aviv, Tarantino expresó en una entrevista al diario israelí Yedioth Ahronot: “En algún momento del día voy a mi estudio a escribir. Después Daniella prepara el almuerzo y comemos juntos. Cuando llega la hora de la cena, ella me llama y yo bajo. Y después hacemos algo juntos, miramos una película o hablamos. Hacia el final de la jornada, me voy a dormir con ella, o vuelvo a mi estudio y sigo escribiendo, y más tarde me voy a la cama. Esto es la vida real. Es algo que jamás he tenido antes. Es sencillamente una vivencia muy-muy agradable”.
Confiesa que ama a Israel. “La gente es muy amable conmigo, y parecen entusiasmados de que yo viva aquí”. Al respecto, aseguró que no solamente se siente en casa en Tel Aviv, sino que esa ciudad es ahora realmente su hogar.
