Luego de la fuerte repercusión que se originó por la entrevista de Vis á Vis a Claudio Avruj, en la que el exsecretario de Derechos Humanos de la Nación expresó su opinión con respecto a la posición de la DAIA en la querella contra Cristina Kirchner y otros funcionarios, Luis Czyzewski, el papá de Paola, fallecida en el atentado a la AMIA, nos envió su respuesta.

Compartimos a continuación lo escrito por Czyzewski

Habiendo leído el reportaje a Claudio Avruj publicado en el día de la fecha, me permito realizar algunos comentarios vinculados a la mención que hace de que la DAIA no debió ser querellante en la causa del Memorándum.

Es correcto que cada persona pueda emitir su opinión respecto de cualquier tema, la que debe ser aceptada como lo que es. Pero me parece que también corresponde recordar y evaluar hechos sucedidos a partir de la firma del memorándum que permitan hacer un análisis más abarcativo.

Como primer hecho de trascendencia, quiero recordar que si no hubiese sido por el accionar de la DAIA, la causa del memorándum casi con seguridad nunca se hubiese abierto. Hoy seria parte de un archivo judicial luego que la justicia la desestimó en primera instancia.
Eso también hay que recordarlo y tenerlo en cuenta.
Vuelvo a repetir que respeto pero no comparto la opinión de Claudio, siendo como se dieron los hechos en ese momento.

Memorándum con Irán: para Claudio Avruj la DAIA no debió ser querellante, debió priorizar su rol político

Cuando Claudio Avruj menciona en ese reportaje que se debería haber hecho una denuncia a nivel internacional, tal vez no recuerda que durante el gobierno del que formó parte, los Familiares de las Víctimas del Atentado a la AMIA solicitamos innumerables veces que dicho Gobierno efectúe esa denuncia sin ningún tipo de resultado.

O sea que dice que habría que haber hecho lo que su gobierno no hizo.

También corresponde recordar que el Ministerio del que Claudio formaba parte desmanteló la Secretaria UFI AMIA, formada por su propio gobierno por una cuestión que nada tenía que ver con su función específica.

El saber la verdad no es compatible con estar parado en ninguna vereda política en la grieta con la que desgraciadamente hoy convivimos.
Eso me permite afirmar, y me parece que dicha afirmación puede ser compartida por muchas personas que forman o no parte de la comunidad, que si el memorándum hubiese sido firmado por cualquier gobierno con independencia de su signo político, la DAIA hubiese actuado como actuó.
Es mi opinión.
