Luego de la fuerte repercusión que se originó por la entrevista de Vis á Vis a Claudio Avruj, en la que el exsecretario de Derechos Humanos de la Nación expresó su opinión con respecto a su posición en la querella contra Cristina Kirchner y otros funcionarios, en caso de ser presidente de la DAIA, Luis Czyzewski, el papá de Paola, fallecida en el atentado a la AMIA, envió su respuesta.

«Quiero comenzar mi respuesta al reportaje que te hicieron y que se publicó ayer aclarando que no soy parte del juego político por la cercanía de las elecciones en DAIA por lo que no me voy a referir a ese tema ni tampoco frente a tu postura de si la Institucion debe o no permanecer como querellante en la causa del Memorandum.

Desde ya te digo que respeto tu postura en este último tema, aunque no la comparto.
Pero que yo la comparta o no puede ser poco relevante para vos.

También entiendo que en toda puja política cada aspirante puede intentar conseguir respaldo a su candidatura por los medios que considera adecuados, sean estos éticos, oportunistas o repudiables. Los votantes sabrán evaluar.

Lo que no se debe hacer es esconder conductas pasadas simplemente no mencionándolas.
Como todos sabemos vos fuiste parte del gobierno anterior, al que todos aplaudimos cuando decidió crear una Secretaria de Estado cuya función era colaborar con las investigaciones del Atentado a la AMIA y cuyo funcionamiento dependía del Ministerio del cual vos formabas parte.

Luego de un tiempo observamos atónitos la destrucción de esa secretaria por parte del mismo gobierno basándose en argumentos infantiles cuando el motivo real fue que para los funcionarios era más importante el amiguismo que la investigación.

Fue una pena que siendo una voz autorizada, hayas optado por el silencio en esa oportunidad.
Tal vez fue un acto de preservación personal, puede ser.

Pero más grave que ese silencio fue que el ministerio te haya designado a vos para continuar con la tarea de esa secretaria.

Te consta que varios familiares solicitamos varias veces saber como iba esa tarea y vos te comprometiste a informarnos sobre los avances y nunca en más dos años informaste nada.

También te comprometiste a dar un informe final cuando terminaba tu gestión.
Nunca lo vimos.

Tampoco supimos si el trabajo dio algún resultado y si el mismo es parte de la causa.
En resumen no nos consta que tu secretaria y vos hayan cumplido con esa tarea.

Otra oportunidad perdida que tiene responsables, una pena.
Se que cuando leas esto vas a decir que vos no discutis con familiares de Victimas.

Te cuento que es un argumento viejo y un poco gastado, aunque lo usaste varias veces.
Me parece bien que pretendas ser presidente de DAIA.

Pero para postularse no solo corresponde mencionar que vas a hacer en caso que seas elegido, sino que también deberías explicar lo que no hiciste cuando tenias responsabilidades de gobierno vinculadas con la investigación del Atentado a la AMIA y el daño que eso produjo.
