Los ataques con misiles en la ciudad iraquí de Erbil durante la noche estaban dirigidos a «bases israelíes secretas», confirmó un canal de televisión estatal de Irán con sede en Irak.
Una docena de misiles balísticos lanzados desde fuera de Irak impactaron en la capital regional kurda del norte del país, dijeron funcionarios kurdos. Agregaron que no hubo víctimas. Un funcionario del Departamento de Defensa de EE.UU. confirmó que los misiles provenían de Irán, pero aún no está claro dónde aterrizaron.
