La diputada nacional Sabrina Ajmechet fue víctima de una amenaza antisemita en las redes sociales.

El ministro de Seguridad de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Waldo Wolff, presentó una denuncia penal en los tribunales de Comodoro Py para que se investigue una amenaza antisemita que a través de la red social X recibió la diputada nacional del PRO, Sabrina Ajmechet.

“Cuando nos haga falta te caemos”, dice el mensaje dirigido a la legisladora nacional junto a la imagen de un hombre usando un jabón.

La cuenta del usuario que realizó la amenaza ya no existe en la red social.

“La asociación es inequívoca: la amenaza (‘te caemos’) se completa con la alusión al genocidio de personas que profesan la religión judía –es decir, el caso de Sabrina Ajmechet- en campos de concentración, donde luego se fabricaba jabón con sus cuerpos”, dice la denuncia a la que accedió Infobae.

“Esa despreciable amenaza antisemita fue publicada a las 12:07 del día 19 de los corrientes en la citada red social y desde la cuenta ‘@dario_carp33’”, agrega la denuncia. El mensaje fue en respuesta a un posteo que hizo la diputada: “Practiquen antisemitismo progre. Pero no vengan a llorar cuando los maten, sí, los maten, por lo que son o lo que piensan”.

Ajmechet informó de la situación a Wolff, quien este lunes presentó la denuncia que quedó a cargo del juez federal Sebastián Ramos. El ministro de Seguridad porteño pidió que “se determine la titularidad de la cuenta de X empleada para amenazar a la diputada nacional Ajmechet y se establezca quién ha sido el autor de las mismas” y “oportunamente se cite a prestar declaración indagatoria a quien resulte imputado”.

La denuncia considera que el hecho se tiene que investigar en función de los delitos contra la libertad individual, que están dentro del Código Penal de la Nación, y agravados por la ley de actos discriminatorios.

El ministro Wolff planteó que el caso podría encuadrarse en el artículo 149 bis del Código penal que castiga con prisión de seis meses a dos años al que “hiciere uso de amenazas para alarmar o amedrentar a una o más personas. En este caso la pena será de uno a tres años de prisión si se emplearen armas o si las amenazas fueren anónimas”. Y que eleva la pena de dos a cuatro años para quien “hiciere uso de amenazas con el propósito de obligar a otro a hacer, no hacer o tolerar algo contra su voluntad”.

También entendió que la situación se agrava en función del artículo 2 de la ley 23.592 de actos discriminatorios. “Elévase en un tercio el mínimo y en un medio el máximo de la escala penal de todo delito reprimido por el Código Penal o Leyes complementarias cuando sea cometido por persecución u odio a una raza, religión o nacionalidad, o con el objeto de destruir en todo o en parte a un grupo nacional, étnico, racial o religioso. En ningún caso se podrá exceder del máximo legal de la especie de pena de que se trate”, establece ese artículo.

La denuncia también señala que no hay que descartar la posibilidad de aplicar el artículo tres de la ley de actos discriminatorios. “Serán reprimidos con prisión de un mes a tres años los que participaren en una organización o realizaren propaganda basados en ideas o teorías de superioridad de una raza o de un grupo de personas de determinada religión, origen étnico o color, que tengan por objeto la justificación o promoción de la discriminación racial o religiosa en cualquier forma. En igual pena incurrirán quienes por cualquier medio alentaren o incitaren a la persecución o el odio contra una persona o grupos de personas a causa de su raza, religión, nacionalidad o ideas políticas”, fija el artículo.

Con la denuncia presentada, el primer paso en toda causa judicial es que la Fiscalía dictamine si hay un hecho penal para investigar.
