El Ministerio de Salud informó el jueves por la noche que los casos graves de coronavirus aumentaron en un 70% en sólo una semana en Israel.

Hubo 445 pacientes hospitalizados en estado grave con la enfermedad, 72 de ellos conectados a ventiladores. Esto frente a sólo 262 que había la semana pasada, informó Ynet.

Las autoridades sanitarias también informaron que 4.048 israelíes han dado positivo por el virus de unas. Es a raíz de una 85.000 pruebas realizadas desde la medianoche, lo que sitúa la tasa de positividad del país en 5,03%.

El director general del Ministerio de Salud, el profesor Nachman Ash, informó el jueves que estaba profundamente preocupado. Esto es debido a la propagación desenfrenada de la enfermedad en todo el país.
